Ages 4.5-13
Campers must turn 5 by 12/31/2010 to attend camp this summer.
How do you handle the heat?
The number one question from parents is the summer heat. All our locations have inside and outside time. We have been running camp for 17 summers!! We make sure the campers are not overheated. We have water at every station. We incorporate many water games in the afternoon. The schedules are set up so the campers enjoy the day inside and out, incorporating water breaks. I promise, our counselors will not be outside if it is too hot.
Payments
Payment is due in full for your first week at time of registration. Payment is due one week prior to each additional week.
Changing Half-Day to Full Day
We always have half-day campers who don’t want to leave. For an additional $10 a day, any half day camper may stay the
full day. Tell the camp director in the morning when you check in and have your $10 ready.
No Refund – No Make Ups
We do not offer refunds or make-ups for missed days. We do not offer partial weeks. Our staff is here for you everyday.
Friend Requests
- We must have the request ahead of time.
- The friend’s name must match exactly the way the friend registered.
For example: Zachary Smith must be Zachary, not Zach.
We work hard to keep our group ratios consistent and it becomes difficult when requests are made on the first
day of camp. Be aware, if the children are not the same age they may be moved to the younger age group.
Withdrawals
- Complete the Hubbard Summer Sports Camps withdrawal form found in the left column of this page.
- Withdrawal forms received 10 days prior to the week of withdrawal: Full refund.
- Withdrawal forms received less than 10 days prior: $75 withdrawal fee per child, remaining payment refunded.
- Withdrawal after start of session: Entire payment will be forfeited.
- Notify us as soon as possible in order to provide another camper with a Hubbard Summer Sports Camp experience.
Medications (if applicable)
Complete our Medical Permission form, found in the left column of this page, and turn it into the camp director.
Sign-in and Sign-out
We require campers to be signed in and out by a parent or guardian everyday.
Lunch/Snacks
Great lunches are included for full-day campers. Morning snacks are provided with a drink and water is available at all times.
What to Bring
- Campers must wear gym shoes to camp. Please, no sandals or flip flops.
- Bring a bag with a towel, swimsuit, hat and sunscreen. Please come to camp with sunscreen on. Our staff reapplies
sunscreen to campers throughout the day.
- Do not bring any valuables or camp distractions (gameboys, cell phones, cards, or personal sports equipment).
- Word to the wise - label everything!
Extended Stay
- Extended Stay is available from
7:30-8:00am ($3), 3:45-5:00pm ($5)
and 5:00-6:00pm ($5).
- Each additional sibling receives 50% off extended stay fees. There is no pro-rating for partial hours.
- Cash or check payment is due daily.
- For weekly payments, a signature and credit card must be on the registration form.
- Campers picked up after 6:00pm will be charged $1/minute per child. No exceptions.
