What is a typical day?
8:30-9:00am
Drop Off – Parents/guardians sign their camper in with their assigned group. The campers meet with their counselors and other group members. The groups consist of up to 20-24 campers and two counselors, one female and one male. The groups are divided by age. The two counselors are in charge of their group for the entire week.
9:00am – 12:00pm
In the morning the counselors take their groups to different sports and at each sport there is a coach. The coach runs the group through different skills, games and activities. Campers play soccer, basketball, volleyball, baseball, archery and field sports throughout the week.
All camps have swim lessons 4 mornings a week and supervised open swim in the afternoon. Swimmers are divided by ability.
Each group has snack time in the morning where they receive a snack such as animal crackers, goldfish and fruit by the foot with a drink. There is water at every activity station and a water break in between each activity.
12:00pm
Half Day campers go home and full day campers go to lunch, which we provide. Lunch menus are available at each camp location. Every Monday is pasta and every Friday is pizza. Tuesday through Thursday the menu varies, serving different items such as sandwiches, tacos, or chicken nuggets. Each meal is served with a drink, fruit or vegetable and dessert.
1:00 – 3:30pm
